I’m sorry that happened. I’ve tracked down the error and it’s been fixed and I’ve emailed the customers with new download links (which I’ve checked and it works fine).

If any of them have any further problem with the download I’ve asked them to contact me directly on the support desk so I can sort it out for them.

Turned out to be a mis-spelled zip filename that caused the issue. It didn’t apply to anyone buying the resale rights because that was a different file.

Recently i have promoted one of your 7 buck product and produced a number of orders for you, but somehow, my clients have not been receiving their orders. In fact, i have one case pending in Paypal becouse of this.
